The June 28-July 4, 1997 issue cited the "Hey Boy's Revenge" episode of

HGWT Movie Update (3/18/00)
Looks like the project is dead. We can all breathe more easily now....
2/7/99: A reliable source reports that the script is in its third re-write. (I've seen the original version -- yecch!) Its plot has Paladin helping an old miner and his daughter, whose Montana silver mine has been taken over by a crooked foreman and his band of henchmen. Paladin is portrayed as a Union artillery officer (not cavalry) who, under orders, attacked a Confederate church that later turned out to be occupied only by children. His great remorse over this act led him to his life as a gunfighter. The film will apparently contain a flashback sequence where Paladin is shown to have been beaten in a gunfight and left for dead by “Bleeker” (the main villain of the movie). He is the only man to have ever outdrawn the gunfighter, and Paladin is shown to be fearful of the rematch.
HGWT Boardgame
I remember it well... small, painted, metal horse-and-riders (I believe it's the same piece found in some editions of Monopoly) and a board of horseshoes and wagon-wheels. Two areas were "ambush" spaces, where chances were good you'd be sent all the way back to San Francisco. (Darn!) Click here for a look at the game box.
HGWT Comic Books
Dell Comics published several issues. Click here and here and here for a look at some
